How come my sister’s computer’s security status is not changing itself even when norton is on ?
I don’t trust free anti viruses so don’t bother bribing me into using free anti virus programs. I installed Norton Anti Virus 2010 but it shows up in her windows security center as Windows Did not find any anti virus software on this computer. How come it is doing that ?? How can I fix it ?? Do i have to do a full system recovery with my recovery discs ?

Most likely it is a virus/malware infection that is blocking Norton.
