How can I make my computer stop having this security message pop up just below my tool bar?

When ever I go to a new page this message about a security certificate & blocked content pops up in a message just below my tool bar. It’s incredibly annoying because I know that there is nothing wrong, it’s just some crappy glitch with my computer. Is there a way for me to turn these messages off?
