William D. Marsland, Air Force officer and computer specialist – Washington Post

William D. Marsland, 87, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel who worked from 1977 to 2003 as a computer systems analyst at the National Security Agency, died Jan. 4 at the Virginian, a senior-living facility in Fairfax City. He had congestive heart failure.
