Is it possible to reinstall Trend Micro Internet Security after uninstalling it?
I’m trying to upgrade to Windows 7. The setup will not continue unless I uninstall my virus software – Trend Micro Internet Security.
I’m currently under a subscription (software expires in 2010) and I’m not sure if I should uninstall the program. I tried closing the program but Windows 7 will not commence setup unless I remove it out of my system (and reinstall it in later).

Yes do uninstall Trend Micro but before you do it make sure you have the serial number with you. If not then make sure you check it in Trend Micro before you uninstall it.
You’ll need it when you reinstall it.
I can’t think of a reason why not. I would check with Trend to see if an uninstall program is recommended if there is not one built in. Otherwise use Uninstall a Program. After the upgrade it should reinstall with the same product key.
