how do you allow ip addresses through norton internet security 2005?

i have norton internet security 2005 antispyware addition and i dont know how to add ip adresses. can someone please tell me how with a step by step explanation or a link of some sort. its all to complicated.

Norton 2010 is the current version. Norton Internet Security 2005 is so old I would think it would be just about useless.
