My computer says your current security setting does not allow this file to be downloaded ?

My Internet explorer would slow down and flutter then it would pop up with “Your current security setting does not allow this file to be downloaded.” The Problem is I am not trying to download a file. I have run virus scans, avg free version, and advanced system care free version and it still hasn’t solved the problem, What is slowing up my computer and trying to download??

Try downloading and installing Malwarebytes, reboot in safe mode by tapping the F8 key when your computer starts to boot, and running a full scan. Malwarebytes is great at getting rid of malware that those other programs can’t find.

swich off the fire wall then use it after downloading one activated again it will be fine

Scan your system with reginout or any other system cleaner.
