My friend put my flash drive into his security tool infected computer. Should I not use it anymore?

I tried putting it into an old computer and nothing, but I want to make sure it won’t spread through my flash drive.

scan it with your anti-virus program

you can use it, security tool is a rogue antispyware it does not spread through flash drives. in case of smth scan your computer with antispyware program
