U.S. to train Mexican technicians in covert surveillance techniques
The U.S. Department of State wants to train 20 technicians working for the Government of Mexico to implement “effective and sophisticated covert surveillance techniques” — including concealed audio and video intercepts — to mount an aggressive anti-narcotics crime-fighting program.
