I suggest you this software (link at the bottom).
It monitors every log into you computer and provides you screenshots, log files, reports and so on.
You'll have more datas to identify the hacker.

No suite is completely save u from viruses
But still u can have few options
1. Paid

a. Kaspersky Internet Security
http://www.kaspersky.com/kaspersky_inter…

b.Bitdefender Internet Security 2009
http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/int…

Have a look at them and decide

2. Free
Possible combinations of antivirus and anti-malware apps

a. Avast + Malwarebytes + ZoneAlarm/Comodo Firewall

Or Avira
OR AVG

take a look at the following sites

http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-…

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com/

These are a few apps that protect ur pc in combination or together
They provide the same protection as that of a paid internet security suite . After all it will be ur decision

Good Luck

Yes it will scan even if you're using the computer but MSE is very good at stepping back on the resources- it will scan slowly so it doesn't affect your computer's performance very much.

I already have it. It's my HARDWARE firewall in my WIRED Router.

As far as ONE program goes.... You have GOT to be kidding! Right?

There is no such thing as JUST one program to protect your computer against all the nasties running around on this internet!!!

There are Suites of ProgramS, some of which are already mentioned.

So you may want to clarify your Question a bit? ;)

BTW: It's Comodo Firewall NOT "Komodo".

EDIT: In addition, I'd like to add that given the choice of OS...I'd say Linux!!! It's a LOT more secure than Windozz could EVER be!!!

Linux ROX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
