How can I remove the system security 2009 virus from my computer?

The system security virus installed itself onto my computer and I can’t remove it. I have tried to download spyware removers, but the virus will not let me access anything. I have also tried to download the remover in safe mode, but everytime I go into safe mode, a blue screen comes up that says my computer has been shut down. Can anyone help me?

If your computer is completely unoperable and you are not able to do anything whatsoever then I would suggest going into BIOS and set your boot sequence to CD-ROM as the first boot device. Install your recovery disk or OS disk. Restart your computer and follow instructions to reformat your hard drive (and reinstall Windows) or repair Windows. I have always just reinstalled Windows at that point, however. I just had to do the same thing on my wifes laptop because of the same reason. Can’t hurt to start out with a new, fresh version of Windows.
    Good Luck!

Malwarebytes can’t remove system security. How can you manually remove System Security

Manual removal of System Security may not be for everyone. Each manual System Security removal step must be followed delicately to completely remove all related files and registry entries from your computer. If you are unsure or have doubts about editing your system registry, then we recommend that you use the automatic System Security removal process.

System Security can be removed manually by following the steps below.

    1. With all programs closed, click the Start Menu and go to the Control Panel.
    2. Locate the Add/Remove Programs icon and double click it.
    3. Locate System Security in the list of programs. If you find it, select it and remove it. If you cannot find System Security, you can continue to step 5.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Close all open programs and windows on your desktop.
    6. Open your registry editor (regedit) program by going to Start Menu, type in regedit, and click OK.
    7. Find all of the following registry entries and delete them. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallSystem Security Delete all of the following files that are associated with System Security from your computer. 1. Click Start, and then click Search.

SystemSecurity.exe If you have issues deleting any of the previously listed files that are associated with System Security, you can try rebooting your computer into safe mode. Booting into safe mode may allow certain malicious files to be deleted.
After locating and deleting the previous files you must remove all directories associated with System Security by going to the C:ProgramFilesSystem Security folder, select it, and delete it. In some cases you may not be able to find this directory. You can still continue to the next step.
Restart your computer. You do not need to boot into safe mode at this point. You should have removed System Security completely from your computer. If you find that System Security is still on your computer, you can repeat the steps again or go to the automatic System Security removal process. Run smithfraudfix http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe Restart your computer into safe mode. Safe mode will allow malicious files that are normally loaded into memory to be easily deleted by the SmitfraudFix program. After booting into safe mode, double-click on the SmitfraudFix.exe icon that should be located on your desktop. Follow the on-screen instructions. Option number 2 should be selected once the program starts. After SmitfraudFix performs the initial removal processes it will ask you “Do you want to clean the registry?” Select Y for yes. 5. Once SmitfraudFix has finished the registry clean you can restart your computer now.
    6. System Security should be removed from your computer. If not, you can start the automatic removal process over. It may take more than one try in some rare cases.
There’s no guarantee that SmitfraudFix will remove all files due to the complex nature of new spyware files that are ever-changing. If necessary, you may need to get help from a person who knows about computer and spyware.

Go to http://www.mcafee.com and run the antivirus program from the Web.
Then, after there software has restore your computer to a minimally useable state, buy there actual program and install it, the do a complete scan to get rid of the rest of it. It is likely the virus has managed to get itself into the RUN section of the registry and therefore is able to come back each time. Running mcafee will allow you to restore some minimal usefullness so you can get the real mcafee program installed and then run it.
All those ather cheap, or free antivirus programs most people download, aren’t worth crap.

    Hope this helps…

The FIRST thing you are gonna want to do is log off and then log back on
this is VERY important to do… Then QUICKLY with no hesitation open
TASK MANAGER (CTRL+ALT+DELETE) and on the top go to PROCESS
and then get ready the virus process should have numbers only no letters
quickly right click on it and go to end process if you did it right it should allow you to do anything untill the next login or the next time you turn your computer on! so what you want to do now is download an antivirus
i recommend this one its AVG and expires until 2018 its free so go to this link http://hotfile.com/dl/8467238/a399ca7/by_rKo_AVG_Antivirus_8_serial_EXPIRES_YEAR_2018_CLEAN_.rar.html put it in your web browser and download it extract it and install it
and replace the serial thats on there already with the one thats in the .txt file!!! update it (IT WILL TELL YOU HOW ONCE YOU INSTALL IT)
and run it, it will take a while because you want to scan the whole computer!!! once its done youll know what to do!!!!
