How do I change the security on my computer so that I can see e-cards sent to me?
Everything I open seems to need an adobe flash player and my computer will not let me download this. Most e-mails I receive I do not get the pictures. I’ve tried going into security and lowering it but this does not work. Please help!
Are you going to the Adobe site (www.adobe.com) to download the flash player? If you are going through the connection on an ecard site it may be directing you to a virus/trojan/spyware site instead of Adobe. If this ecard is from someone you don’t know stay away from it because it is probably a virus or trojan.
If you have problems after this make sure you have administrative rights on your account.
