How do I get excellent security for my computer?

Does anyone have any recommendations for top-notch, extra strength anti-spyware programs? I definitely think I have a hacking problem within my computer system, one anti-spyware program after another has been installed and absolutely NOTHING works. Somehow the hacker keeps getting into the system. It’s very persistent and I personally think it’s no ‘random’ hacker. One of the many things that has happened is the loss of very important files of mine. Does anyone have suggestions?

HACKER DETECTION
Go to Start>Run>type>cmd>enter>type in
ipconfig /all >enter>type netstat -ano >enter
This will tell you what local IP address you have been given, as well as other good information.Like who’s got an established link to your computer,their IP and what port their using?
Tracing the hackers IP
Go to Start>Run>Type cmd
In the command window type nbtstat -n and hit enter.
Then type nbtstat -A and hit enter.

You’ll have more datas to identify the hacker.
