How do I get internet security 2010 off my computer?

This random security system has downloaded into my computer and i can’t find a way to remove it. it wont let me use “ctrl + alt + delete”. it wont let me go to certain websites. and i can’t delete it because it says it is being used all the time. help!

    try downloading malware bytes antimalware programme. in the programme it has a option called file assassin. this will let you delete locked files. Have you gone to add remove and tried to remove the programme? Sounds more like malware.

    I had it too, don’t try to take it out yourself I tryed and it completely wiped out windows. Let a pro take care of it. So go take it to best buy or the local repair shop!

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Super Anti-Spyware, Prevx3.0, CCleaner, EasyCleaner, AVG Free, Spybot Search and Destroy, and Trojan Hunter all work for me when I’m not having problems.
    You might need a USB Flash Drive if your computer won’t let you visit the sites you need too. Here are all the links for the sites.
