How do i get rid of live updates from my security software on my computer?
I just had antivirus xp 2008 but cleaned it up with windows live one care. A pop up keeps coming up that says Security alert from Symantec with a warning saying that my computer is at risk in the following areas: Virus protection is out of date and firewall protection is turned off. then i press ok and it pops up again. how do i fix this?
if its out of date, then renew it. and simply go on norton and turn on firewall.
Not exactly sure you what are asking but i see you are running more them one anti virus at once which is not good. Yes live update is part of Norton if that’s the one you would like to remove . To completely remove all of Norton from you system you will need the Norton removal tool because Norton is one of them hard to remove windows programs. Just do a search for the Norton removal tool in your search engine it is very easy to find.
