i have mcafee security my computer freezes and runs slow or takes long to load?

i have mcafee security on my computer but it freezes and runs slow or takes long to load a page what else can i do? thank you

Are you sure McAfee is slowing your computer? Dump McAfee, shut down the computer all the way then restart it. If it’s still slow then it’s not McAfee. That’s where I’d start. There are myriad things that can be slowing your computer.
