you have a virus. “security engine” is the culprit.

you should boot up in safe mode and run malwarebytes to get rid of it. google for instructions.

after that get AVG or Avira.

That is a malware which scares you into buying the program for no reason…heres what you need to do:

1.Reboot your computer in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

    2.Log in as the administrator
-By default, administrators accounts DO NOT have a password

    3.Go to http://www.cnet.com

4.Download all Four of the following and install them
    —Avast Anti Virus
    —Malwarebytes
    —Super Anti Spyware
    —Comodo Firewall

4.Update all of the above WHILE you are in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING

5.Run a Complete Scan with all the programs but not the firewall

6.Reboot After ALL THE SCANS ARE COMPLETE
    7.Load WINDOWS NORMALLY
    8.Log in NORMALLY

DO NOT GIVE MY SECURITY ENGINE ANY MONEY IT’S A FAKE AND GIVES YOU FALSE THREATS THAT IT WRITES ITSELF

my security engine is a nasty piece of work. My Security Engine is a virus usually spreads on the Internet using a Trojan as its carrier. just google ‘my security engine’ and you will find ways of removing it.
‘my security engine’ will probably not leave you install an antivirus until it’s off your system.

i know this because my brothers laptop had it only last week and it took us awhile to get it off.

windows xp should have an antivirus while browsing more so than vista and windows 7.

yes i would recommend avg 9 free version, there are also others like avast and avira equally as good in there own ways.

if you still having problems tomorrow send in another question and i will try to give you a detail account on how to get it off.

you have a rouge antivirus, it’s fake and it’s trying to scam you.
Download Malwarebytes and run a full scan. After that you should install a good antivirus like avast Free. DO NOT use AVG Free, it has no rootkit protection and has lower detection rates..
