Oreos
They are little applications installed on your computer for websites who want to track what you are doing on their website for market research. They are also used to automatically log into websites. Hotmail uses them to make your email address appear automatically in the box so you dont have to type it every time. Amazon uses them for giving you recommendations of things you might be interested in.
They are pretty much harmless but delete them every now and again just to stop your computer getting too back up with loads of them.
