Here is a HOST of removal Instructions. Its known as “ROGUE” Anti-virus Program. Its NOT an actual Virus at all. Just a Bad Program that Pretends to be good. (ROGUE)

ugh i’ve had that virus. It won’t let you open anything because it says it’s infected…what a BS program. What got rid of it for me, was restarting the computer and then immediately hitting CNTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up the task manager. Then, under processes, you will see SYSGUARD or something like that. Delete that process, and that should solve your problem.

Get a flash drive and go to someones house that has internet and download a fix.Put it on your flash drive and install it on your laptop. You can format your hard drive but that is a last resort type thing. The actual fix for this depends on what source you use.I don’t have this problem but have had similar problems in the past. Some of them can be tricky.I can’t post any links on here yet but on a non infected pc you can find the fix pretty easily just by using your favorite search engine.
