does an emachine latop provide a firewall and antivirus, and internet security. people say that is better than using comodo firewall and avast anti-virus, which are what i am currently using.
Stick with Comodo and Avast together they provide about as good protection (as long as you can understand d+ warnings) as you can get.
Sometimes laptops come with trails of Norton or something similar, if you are a more basic user whos not into the technical side of internet security then Kaspersky Internet Security would probably be a better choice.
Never heard of one coming setup with Anti-virus and Anti-Malware except 15 to 30 day free trail and that like vapor ware keep what you have windows comes with a firewall there are better out there check out download.com
like poster above me mentioned it’s only 30 days trial version.
most likely emachines use standard package with either Norton or mcAffee 30 days trial version pre-installed.
Emachines use standard Windows F/W which completely useless.
why don’t you stick with what you have now?
