Large Deployment Expected to Begin in July

Detroit, Michigan, June 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) has received a Letter of Intent from a regional casino operator for large quantity of RAD devices. The expected receipt of this order had been previously acknowledged in a press release in late April of this year.

The Company stated that the Letter of Intent is for a minimum of 12 ROSA security units, 1 SCOT stationary tower, and 1 ROAMEO mobile security robot. The agreement is structured as to allow the client to increase the number of units on order without the need to re-engage their purchasing process. It is expected that deployments will begin in July 2022. The client may choose to be identified in the future as well as participate in a case study since the RAD devices will be in public view.

“Persistence pays off. At RAD we grind until we get the win,” said Mark Folmer, President of RAD. “This client has certainly done their due diligence. I have great respect for their partner qualification process. We’ve gone through similar procedures to ensure that every box is checked when a client is looking at RAD.”

“This is going to be such a great deployment,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX and RAD. “It’s a picture-perfect commercial deployment, with multiple ROSAs keeping an eye on the facility and their guests, a SCOT at the main entrance providing valuable information and security, plus a ROAMEO on patrol between the parking structure and the front entrance. We expect that these quantities could double in the coming months, at this one location.”

RAD’s parent company AITX has filed for uplisting to the OTCQB. Future announcements will be made regarding the status of the OTCQB application.

Detroit, Michigan, April 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) has received an order for 2 ROAMEO and 3 ROSA security robots from a top ranked global logistics company. Although not named due to confidentiality agreements, the Company indicated that the end-user is a global leader in supply chain management & third-party logistics.

The Company did confirm that the 2 ROAMEO mobile security robots are expected to be deployed in May or June at two of the client’s logistics centers. “This single, multiple unit order is such a tremendous opportunity to us to showcase the power of the RAD Ecosystem,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX. “At one location, the 3 stationary ROSAs and one mobile ROAMEO will be communicating and coordinating the facility’s security. The ROSA units will be able to dispatch ROAMEO to specific coordinate immediately upon their detection of a suspicious incident,” Reinharz continued.

“This is the world’s first deployment that we’re aware of where a stationary robot ‘calls’ a mobile robot to be the first responder,” said Mark Folmer, RAD President. “We expect his type of autonomous and automated security to become the de facto standard as it’s simply impossible for every organization that wants security officers to find, keep and afford them.”

The Company also confirmed that the previously announced ROAMEO and ROSA order from one of the nation’s largest vehicle retailers will be deployed on April 25. “It is such an exciting time right now with ROAMEO, ROSA and all other RAD solutions being deployed, and taking their positions at our clients’ facilities,” Reinharz concluded.

RAD’s parent company AITX intends to file for listing on the OTCQB within 10 days of filing its YE2022 10-K.

(RAD) has named Red Hawk Casino in Placerville, California as the deployment location for a ROAMEO mobile security robot, previously announced in a press release dated December 8, 2021.

“The industry’s interest in ROAMEO is building, and we’re building ROAMEOs as fast as we can,” said Mark Folmer, President of RAD. “It’s great to be able to identify Red Hawk Casino as the next deployment for ROAMEO.”

RAD also announced that it is producing a series of online videos documenting the manufacturing and deployment process for Red Hawk’s ROAMEO. The first installment of ‘ROAMEO: From the REX to Red Hawk Casino’ is online at AITX’s YouTube channel.

“We are eager to have ROAMEO on our property,” said Christer Farr, Vice President of IT at Red Hawk Casino. “ROAMEO will be deployed as a much-needed asset for our security team, and as an attraction for our guests. I’m excited to see how our ROAMEO’s production is developing.”

“Occasionally we’re able to name clients as deployment and implementations occur, especially on public-facing robots like Red Hawk’s ROAMEO,” said Steve Reinharz, CEO of AITX. “It’s going to be a beautiful site seeing ROAMEO patrol their property and interacting with their guests,” Reinharz added.

ROAMEO is a mobile security robot that is nearly 7 ft. tall and weighs over 700 lbs. According to the company, ROAMEO is built to autonomously patrol a property or periphery and survey its surroundings, conducting routine patrols, recording, and reporting back to the central command center. The security robot’s dual 21.5” web-connected touch screens provide customizable information and concierge services for guests that it may encounter while on patrol.
