What are some really good and free computer/internet security programs?
I had Norton, that was pretty good but the trial ran out so is there any good yet free programs that will secure my computer and internet?

you can try ESET Smart Security trail 30 days it is really very good but for free antivirus i suggest Avast home edition.

I have been using AVG free edition for 3 years …. they focus more on preventing viruses than curing them…when you do have a virus it puts it in a virus vault so it cant do anything….its free…good…when you buy it you just get id protection or something…on the free you get email checker anti virus and such

AntiVirus = Avira (named BEST by PC Magazine)
Secunia PSI = scans your computer and tells you what vulnerabilities you have and how to fix them
