Currently it’s Webroot Internet Security Essentials, and I’ve used their Spy Sweeper before, it’s top notch.
But every year it changes depending on how well a company can keep making good software; sometimes the new version of something isn’t as good as the last version.

The best of all is either kaspersky or NOD32. I’d recommend Kaspersky though. I love that one.
