Why won’t Verizon Internet security suite install on my computer?
Every time i try to upload verizon internet security suite from my desktop, a message appears that say “your system must be rebooted before this install or uninstall can take place” i restarted the computer and it still will not install! please help!

Are you coming off Norton by any chance?
If so, go out to norton’s help site and look for the “top 10 issues” You will find an un-installer there that will remove all the norton crap off your machine, allowing you to install the verizon crap.
Or drop the verizon ISS and get a good AV product like ESET NOD32 from http://www.eset.com
Cheaper, better, faster.
You need to disable what ever security programs you are using now including the firewall, anti virus, spy ware, and pop up blocker.
Then you can install it.
PS: Just remember to enable everything back to on that you are not useing via Verizon Internet Security Suite.
