Will Microsoft Security Essentials automatically scan if your using your computer?

Hey, I set my Microsoft Security Essentials to scan daily. If i’m using my computer at that time, will it still scan?

yes
make sure you have it set to scan while in use

Yes it will scan even if you’re using the computer but MSE is very good at stepping back on the resources- it will scan slowly so it doesn’t affect your computer’s performance very much.
