We have McAfee protection, but now a program called antispywaremaster has appeared on my computer and I did not download it. how do I get rid of it? i can not find it on my add/remove program. I think it is a virus. Please help?

I can’t access simple things like a solitaire game and I can’t access my Mcaffee security system. That is why I think they have disabled some things and I can’t get to things in my computer. Can you help my get to the bottom of this immediately.
After changing motherboard my home computer will not let me view content of my Yahoo mail..a message reading security alert says the security certificate is invalid or expired… type of certificate is to ensure security of a remote computer. On other computers I can access Yahoo mail. The problem is only with yahoo and my computer. I have to go to an internet point to read any answers sent me by yahoo.
