The FBI arrested a Konowa, OK man on Aug. 12 for trying to destroy a natural gas pipeline in the state.

The agency arrested Daniel Wells Herriman, 40 for attempting to destroy real property used in interstate or foreign commerce, said Special Agent in Charge of the FBI, Oklahoma City Division, James Finch in a statement. Herriman, was due in federal court in Muskogee, OK for an initial hearing on Aug. 16.
