If Sony thought its insurance company would help absord the losses it suffered from data breaches that closed some of its online entertainment services for nearly a month this year, it had better think again. Its insurer, Zurich Insurance, has filed a lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court asking to be let off the hook for those losses.
