The update is rolling out for the Galaxy A23 4G with model code SM-A235F in Russia and SM-A235M in Panama with firmware versions A235FXXU4DWL1 and A235MUBU4DWL1, respectively. It comes with the One UI 6 features and the dated November 2023 Android security patch instead of the latest January 2024.
The One UI 6 update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) is rolling out in some European countries, including France. It has firmware version P613XXU4CWL1 and comes with the November 2023 Android security patch.
If you haven’t received the Android 14 update on your device yet, you can check for it manually by heading to its Settings > Software update menu.

Nokia Mobile has released a new Android 13 Build to Nokia XR20 5G. Nokia Mobile has also expanded the roll-out of December security update 2023 to Nokia XR20 5G, Nokia G50 5G and Nokia G21. The security update brings only the Google Android patch for the month of December.

The update size for Nokia XR20 5G is 114 MB. The update also brings Android 13 Build V3.410. You will either be prompted to download this update, or you can check by going to Settings and searching system updates and then by checking for the update.

Google’s light January 2024 security patch aims to solve an annoying crashing problem with the Camera app on Pixel devices.
The company has included several “High” level vulnerability fixes for its Pixel line’s framework and system.
The Pixel Tablet and Pixel Fold have also received fixes for specific problems, alongside a screen flickering fix for the Pixel 8.
Google is starting the year off with a security patch aimed at correcting some frustrating problems plaguing Pixel users.
The company’s update states the January 2024 security patch is rolling out for the Pixel 5a (5G), Pixel 6, 6 Pro, 6a, and Pixel Tablet bearing update version UQ1A.240105.002. Those rocking a Pixel 7, 7 Pro, 7a, Pixel Fold, or Pixel 8 series device will pick up version UQ1A.240105.004.
Those owning a Pixel device through Verizon are also receiving the patch. Users with the carrier will see version UQ1A.240105.004.A1 available to download.
The change log is rather light, however, Google details a fix for the Pixel Camera. “Under certain conditions” users have been experiencing crashes with the application, which should now be resolved with the latest patch. The remainder of the fixes are as follows:

Diving into the Android Security Bulletin, Google has included five “High” level system vulnerability fixes for its Pixel devices. There were five more “High” level fixes aimed at the Pixel line’s framework that have been implemented, as well. In tandem with Arm, Google has provided a couple of severe vulnerability fixes for its Mali components.
Since the update has just started rolling out, it would be wise to give Google some time before you see it appear on your device as we end the week.
The January patch is much lighter when looking back on the December security update. Last month included some fixes for “stability” to the Camera app, and we’ve now seen January’s update take things further….
It was merely two weeks back that the Galaxy A52s started receiving the Android 14/One UI 6 update, but Samsung is already releasing a follow-up update to the mid-range phone in some markets.
This is the second Android 14-based firmware for the Galaxy A52s and it is rolling out in India and a couple of other countries in the Indian subcontinent. The update sports firmware version A528BXXS5FWL4, and it comes bundled with the December 2023 security patch.
Security enhancements are all that this update brings to the Galaxy A52s. The December patch fixes a total of 75 security vulnerabilities, 54 of which affect all Android devices while the rest were found only in Samsung’s software. The patch also includes fixes for four vulnerabilities discovered in some Exynos chips, which aren’t applicable here thanks to the A52s being powered by a Snapdragon chip worldwide.
If you own a Galaxy A52s, you can check if the latest update is available by tapping the Download and install option in the phone’s Settings » Software update menu (it may take a few tries for the updates to start downloading). Full-sized firmware available in our archives can also be used to upgrade the phone, but this procedure requires a Windows PC and a USB cable.
Galaxy A52s next and final feature update will be One UI 6.1
The Galaxy A52s, like the Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A52 5G, is eligible for three generations of Android OS upgrades, so it will not be receiving future versions of Android. As for One UI updates, the Galaxy A52s is likely to get One UI 6.1 sometime next year. After it has been updated to One UI 6.1, the A52s will only remain eligible for security updates.
