I’m planning on getting into Computer/Network Security as a career. What programming languages should i learn?

Not only programming languages, but computer topics or essential things that i can read/learn in a book.

I would recommend learning a launguage that can actually pick up chicks in a bar because computer geeks need all the help they can get.

Uh not to be rude, but you’re asking about programming languages and talking about network security? They’re not mutually exclusive, but they don’t really have much to do with each other unless you write code for a security company or something.

Get Cisco certified, build a home network, break it, fix it again…and get your MCSE just in case.
