MA man sentenced in rare economic espionage case

In a rare economic espionage case, federal law enforcement said a Boston-area man pleaded guilty in late August to trying to provide secret corporate information to what he thought was a foreign agent.

Elliott Doxer of Brookline, MA now faces fifteen years in prison and a half-million dollar fine for his offer.
