Security expert Brian Krebs has an enlightening and rather frightening new post headlined: “Apple Pay: Bridging Online and Big Box Fraud.” It begins:

Lost amid the media firestorm these past few weeks about fraudsters turning to Apple Pay is this stark and rather unsettling reality: Apple Pay makes it possible for cyber thieves to buy high-priced merchandise from brick-and-mortar stores using stolen credit and debit card numbers that were heretofore only useful for online fraud.

how can i get rid of a virus that causes a pop up when my friend starts his computer. its says security system?

when he starts his computer an ad pops up pretending to be his security system. it says he has spyware and he needs to buy their program to get rid of it. it wants him to give them his credit card number. it says it is security systems. does anybody know how to get rid of it?
