Army Safeguarding National Interests – Jammu Kashmir Latest News | Tourism

The Indian Army is one of the best in the world without any doubt, a battle-tested unit with an unblemished track record of no comparison at all. While the world realised and faced the brunt of terrorism in the last two decades only, our army is battling it out for the last four decades now. Army’s unique methods employed are exemplary and unmatched. All leading world armies are always eager to have joint exercises with our soldiers to get an on-hand experience of our expertise. Factually it is not an easy task to have two hostile nuclear nations as your neighbour but our army with its valour has been able to match both of them. Our Government’s policy of ‘talks and terrorism cannot go together’ and the army’s consistent pressure have delivered the desired result of a peaceful border for quite some time now. India has a distinct record, despite being one of the largest and best armies, yet we have never been hostile to any nation in our history. But whenever provoked our army has always given a befitting reply. The Surgical Strikes and Balakot operation are recent examples and the result is for everyone to see, no major terrorist activity in the last few years, they very well know the consequences of provocation now, all credit to our armed forces. There has been changing of tactics by the enemy but Indian Army has also upgraded itself accordingly to thwart any challenge, be it the use of drones, tunnels, weapons using artificial intelligence or any other method, army response has been acerbic and unfettered. Our army is defending the highest battleground in the world, the Siachen for decades now. Even in 2020 Ladakh’sGalwan and other North Eastern skirmishes with China had been professionally tackled at their face value by the army, stood our ground forcing them to come to negotiating table, one-to-one talks on equal terms. The recent up gradation of infra all along the international border is for everyone to notice. Hundreds of kilometres of roads, bridges and tunnels to make borders all-weather accessible, all-weather bunkers, advance landing grounds, airports, helipads, and water augmentation have been done to secure our borders in a…

Aniview Renews Partnership with HUMAN to Continue Safeguarding Its Video Ad Platform From Sophisticated Bot Attacks

NEW YORK–()–Aniview (https://www.aniview.com/), a global video technology company playing a central role in delivering digital advertising for publishers, and HUMAN (https://www.humansecurity.com/) Security Inc., a global leader in collective protection against sophisticated bot attacks and fraud, renew their partnership to help Aniview protect its customers’ inventory from sophisticated automated cybersecurity risks. This further strengthens the two companies’ partnership, empowering publishers and advertising networks on the Aniview platform continued access to HUMAN’s MediaGuard advertising fraud product.

Twenty-twenty-one was a tumultuous year (https://www.securitymagazine.com/articles/96496-ddos-attacks-and-botnets-in-2021-mozi-takedowns-and-high-frequency-attacks-reshape-the-threat-landscape) for botnet attacks, with PARETO (https://www.humansecurity.com/newsroom/human-formerly-white-ops-together-with-newly-formed-human-collective-and-industry-leaders-google-roku-announces-discovery-and-disruption-of-pareto-ctv-botnet), a highly sophisticated fraud operation, amassing an army of nearly one million bots to target CTV ad-ecosystems via mobile apps. The botnet used dozens of mobile apps to impersonate or spoof more than 6,000 CTV apps, accounting for an average of 650 million ad requests every day. PARETO used sophisticated techniques to hide its identity across the ecosystem, but was ultimately discovered and disrupted by HUMAN and the Human Collective in April 2021.

By renewing its partnership with HUMAN, Aniview is able to successfully identify and further eliminate threats of this nature from within its platform. The successful exposure of PARETO was enabled by Aniview’s dedicated approach to implementing HUMAN’s guidance, including adopting all industry anti-fraud standards across their platform and installing a dedicated quality leader. It has also better prepared Aniview and its customers for further cybersecurity challenges for the road ahead, placing it on stronger footing for the next generation of ad fraud attacks from bad actors.

“We’re incredibly pleased to continue our successful relationship with HUMAN,” says Alon…

ATEN: Safeguarding healthcare servers and data security with KVM Switches

Read Article

As healthcare institutions become increasingly digital, their valuable data and operations are at greater risk, but hardware-level solutions can provide enhanced protection.

The healthcare industry is quickly adopting new technologies as it transitions to a digital future, and as such its attack surface is growing and making it more vulnerable to cyber security threat actors. It’s not only mission-critical medical equipment and clear data visualization that requires features such as fast access and high-quality video; it’s the entire healthcare IT infrastructure that needs safeguarding. The number of attacks on healthcare institutions grew by 55% in the US in 2020 and affected more than 26 million patient records as a result. The majority of these breaches, or 67.3%, came as a result of hacking and other IT incidents. Thankfully there are hardware solutions that can stop threat actors in their tracks. Here we will explore the key benefits of secure KVM (Keyboard-Video-Mouse) switches to ensure safe connectivity and optimize management of a group of computers or servers and prevent cyberattacks.

How to safeguard healthcare data at the hardware level

The first step is to limit physical access to the server room. The second step is to limit access and implement monitoring at the hardware level. At the same time, it is important to give IT managers the flexibility to access servers from anywhere.

This is where a KVM switch can help. The key benefits of using a KVM switch are:

1. Secure access: KVM switches are dedicated switching devices designed to avoid unauthorized access, guarantee data isolation, and are optimized for accessing computers at various security and authority levels.

2. Multiple computers / server control: Users get quick, easy access to multiple PCs or servers from a single workstation, be it an LCD console in a rack, a browser on a remote computer, a dedicated console or centralized management software.

3. Remote access: KVM over IP switches allow access within a local or worldwide network. Registered users have different access levels and simultaneous access can be allowed to operate the various servers independently.

4. Activity…
