what is the best way to get personel security off computer?
i can not get this personel security off my computer and i can not access into the control panel or other things to down load to get it off it is a fake and just wants you to buy what they are selling so what can i do thank you kendra

delete the program folder of that peersonal security.
if you are lucky, you may be able to remove it with a spy ware or anti virus remover, if not you may have to do a nuke and pave (wipe hard drive and reinstall) format does not always do it properly so look on the internet for killdisk (there is a free version for this) then you will have a properly cleaned hard drive but try the first suggestion before wiping hard drive
Sounds like spyware
Have you tried running ‘Windows Defender’ ? Go to start/programs and either click ‘all programs’ or type the name in.

Both are very good and well respected. If you download one of those antivirus programs you will prob have to uninstall your existing antivirus program first. You can have as many anti spyware programs on your PC as you like (pref. 2) but only one antivirus program.
If you still get no joy — take it to a computer trouble-shooter. You will have to pay but at least you will have full functionality (and peace of mind) back.
