    sounds like a test question :) do you cheat on some kind of computing exam?

    the first way to manage risk is make people more computer literate, cos otherwise they will download viruses by clicking everywhere on web, downloading stuff and opening spam emails;

    the next stepis to have reputable antivirus, antispyware and firewall programs and run scans regularly.

    A good IT manager and a policy of severely punishing anybody caught trying to circumvent security measures should do a lot to stop computer security problems. Look in this forum and see the tremendous load of questions from “students” and people at work trying to unlock security so that they can surf potentially dangerous sites ripe with viruses and spyware. If these people would be caught and severely punished, maybe security breaches would slow down.
