I turned my computer on this morning and it is infected with system security software. It will not let me open anything but internet explorer. Is there any way to remove this. I can’t open task manager or anything.
My grand-daughter have gotten a virus on her computer called “Security Tool”, now she can’t use it any more. It’s got to be a simple way to remove this pesty virus, how?
I tried to uninstall everything and was successful until i got to Norton internet security file and i can’t remove it. Also the icon is gone so I can’t get the Norton Removal Tool.
My computer came with a norton trial version. So things happened, and I just ended up buying a full version at best buy. But now it is saying that I need to removw Norton Internet Security before I can continue. When I try to do that, it says, “The system cannot find the path specified.”. I have Windows Vista. And don’t say that I need a computer without Vista. That wouldn’t be funnny or cool at all. In fact it would be very lame.
