I tried downloading a file and this stupid program downloaded even after I said cancel download.
Now I have Cyber Security, an extremely dangerous program on my computer and it won’t uninstall even though I’m using add/remove programs.
I currently have a free trial of Norton Internet Security 2009 which came with my laptop. It was cheaper to buy the CD of Norton Internet Security 2010 than to renew my trial with Norton, so that’s what I did. When I receive my new version in the mail, do I need to uninstall the 2009, and then install 2010? Or does it automatically take care of this for you? Thanks so much!
I have got this thing called system security on my computer. It slows my internet down and when i run my computer in my normal mode, it doesnt let me open my task manager or registry editor or system configuration utility. it doesnt let me open system restore either. it says that the file is infected and tells me to activate my anti-virus but the thing is it blocks my anti virus software as well… i need help big time!

Vista security is giving me about 5 popup’s every few minutes and it’s really annoying. It keeps insisting I have all these virus’s but it won’t do anything unless I pay and stuff like that. I have McAfee, ran it several times, and it said my computer is fine. Basically I want to get rid of Vista security or at least turn it off some how.
