Hi, I bought a brand new hp pavilion laptop with norton internet security Antivirus, I tryed to remove it and replace with another type of antivirus but it does not want to remove. I tryed through add/remove, programe file and regedit but could not.

For someone reason i have this new thing on my computer called SECURITY TOOL and I do NOT want it. I have tried to delete it but it says I need permission. Can someone please help me?
