I’ve had both for a year. Error Fix is requesting an annual renewal for a fee. But if I don’t really need it, if it’s just duplicating the McAfee provided free by cable, I certainly won’t renew.
I’ve contacted them and they haven’t been much help. I purchased it from Wal-Mart. The activation prompt keeps popping up onscreen. I just don’t know what to do.

i have only used mcafee security suite because the ISP offers it for free and all computers at school and work use mcafee too.
Even though there are so many antivirus why do businesses, schools and internet providers stick with mcafee only? When i bought new computer it came with pre-installed mcafee.
is mcafee an antivirus monopoly?
