How can I get this virus or whatever off of my computer?
I have verizon security suite and up until now it has done a great job protecting my pc. But now I think i have a virus and the computer crashes after I try to run any programs.
Every time I try to do a virus scan using the verizon security suite, it will start but stay on 0% completion. What can I do to get my computer running again?
I have Verizon DSL, and have access to their internet security through the disc i got w/ my router. The problem is, my computer wont run the disc, so I cant install anything. How the hell do I run the disc on a Dell 530 with Vista?
